bringing value to the companies and greater motivation
to the professionals.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a community that helps professionals make the leap to a new way of working.

Meet our founders
Martin Calzetti

CEO of Seeds

"Seeds is a community made by people, for people. The future of work is talent-centered and that's what we are building together".

Nacho Basso

Co-founder & Head of Sales

"Attracting and retaining talent are concepts that do not apply to the desires of newer generations. In order to access talent today, companies need flexibility and speed. Seeds is the plug-and-play solution to take a company into the future of work, today".

Ian Teperman

Head of Product & Co-founder

We are seeing the end of the 9-to-6 office-based work scheme to move into a more agile and flexible way, with independent talent taking control over their time and choosing what and when to work on.

Stefano Rossi

Head of Operations & Co-founder

"Accompanying the talent and companies to be protagonists of the future of work is important for us and at the core of our business: we are creating an ecosystem that empowers and accompanies them in the new practices of the ways of working".

A bit of history
Seeds is born

Martin Calzetti, Ian Teperman, Stefano Rossi and Ignacio Basso founded Seeds on September 21, 2018, International Freelancer Day, after a 3-month journey that made them rethink the way they worked.
While the four friends had jobs they liked, they did not feel comfortable in the bond they held with the respective companies and began to realize that it was not only a problem for them, but something experienced by many friends and colleagues.

Global pandemic

And then came the pandemic and the world of work changed forever:
companies have limited budgets, people rethought their priorities and desires and seek changes more frequently, and others got tired of working from 9 to 18 for the same project and in the same place and gave up the corporate honey.
In this context, traditional hiring systems began to be perceived as obsolete and Seeds consolidated itself as a superior alternative.

Seeds' internal team grew from 8 to 50 people and by
2022 they expect to reach 4 million in sales.
They have operations in Argentina, Chile, United States and soon they plan to land in Mexico.
