Martin Calzetti, Ian Teperman, Stefano Rossi and Ignacio Basso founded Seeds on September 21, 2018, International Freelancer Day, after a 3-month journey that made them rethink the way they worked.

In this context, traditional hiring systems began to be perceived as obsolete and Seeds consolidated itself as a superior alternative.
Seeds' internal team grew from 8 to 50 people and by
2022 they expect to reach 4 million in sales.
They have operations in Argentina, Chile, United States and soon they plan to land in Mexico.
